Introduction
The “WWN” Site (“the Site”) is a site that serves as “Your messengers to the Western Wall”. We invite you to enjoy our service, in accordance with the terms below
1) In addition to the use of this site and all its contents and services, downloads of files, media such as pictures and videos and the various content offered to the visitors may change from time to time or depending on the type of content.
2) Site management reserves the right to update the terms of use presented below from time to time and without warning or special mention on the various channels of the site.

Delivery policy
21) The organization can choose not to deliver a prayer, in which case a full refund will be issued. Additionally, if circumstances prevent Western Wall Notes from delivering your prayer, your payment will be fully refunded.
22) The mission will usually take place within 24 hours with a commitment of up to 72 hours. If WWN chooses not to perform the mission or failed to perform the mission, your money will be returned in full
23) The S.O.S mission will take place within 4 hours if the WWN has chosen not to perform the mission or has failed to perform the mission. The money will be returned in full.
24) Photo-proof of your prayer note in the Western Wall will be sent after the mission. On the days when it is not customary to photograph at the Western Wall, the mission will be done, and your photo will be photographed sent to you at the earliest opportunity.
Responsibility
We will do our best to pray on your behalf. However, we cannot guarantee any outcomes.
